General

Are your products vegan? 
Yes. Our products do not contain any animal-derived ingredients.

Do you test on animals? 
No. We have not conducted animal tests for any of our products and we will not conduct any animal testing for any future products as well.

Candles

Are your candles clean? 
Yes. Our candles are clean and non-toxic. They are made from 100% soy wax, wooden-wicks and fragrances which are a blend of essential oils and safe-synthetic ingredients. The candles are free from petroleum, lead, coal and phthalate.

Body

Where can I find the ingredient listings? 
Full ingredient listings are available on the individual product pages, under the “Full Ingredient List” section.

What skin types are Mineral Project Body products appropriate for?
We do not formulate to specific skin types. All skin types can use Mineral Project products. However, if you have skin concerns/allergies, please consult a dermatologist first to ensure that the product ingredients are suitable for you.

Do your products contain sulphates and parabens?
No. Our body products are formulated using gentle ingredients which are mostly of plant-based or safe-synthetic origin.

Where is the Dead Sea Body range made?
Israel! It was important for us to work with a manufacturer that had immense experience in developing high quality formulations using the Dead Sea Salt and also source the ingredient responsibly.


SUBSCRIPTION

Do you offer a subscription service?
Yes, we offer a subscription service for our 100g and 200g Candles based on a 3/6/9 month frequency. Head over to our subscription page for more details.

How does the subscription service work?
The subscription service works in two cycles every month.
Cycle 1 - If you order between the 1st to 15th of a month, you can expect to get your order between the 16th to 30th/31st of the same month. The remaining candles will be received within the first week of every month.
Cycle 2 - If you order between the 16th to 30th/31st of a month, you can expect to get your order between the 1st to 15th of the next month. 
This flow continues for the remainder subscribed months.


SAMPLES & GENERAL

Do you offer samples?
Our Travel Candles are perfect for testing out a scent before purchasing a larger size. They are available in sets of three (gold & black) and can be purchased from our website. We do not offer any samples for our Body products.

Are your products listed on other platforms?
No, all our products are exclusively sold on mineralproject.com.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Do you ship Internationally?
Yes! We ship Internationally from India via FedEx.

How long does International shipping take?
It takes 1-2 business days for us to process your order before shipping. Depending on the destination country, your package will usually arrive within 5-15 business days (customs clearance may cause delay in final delivery). We offer both standard and expedited shipping for International orders. 

What duties and fees are involved when shipping Internationally?
Depending on your destination country, you may incur additional duties and taxes upon delivery. The duties and taxes depend on your country's customs laws. Mineral Project does not have any control over these charges and cannot estimate the amount. Any additional charges are to be borne by you.


COLLABORATIONS & GIFTING

Do you do private labeling?
No.

Do you take bulk orders for weddings/events/corporate gifting?
Yes we do and we offer discounts on bulk purchases for every occasion. Please get in touch with us at care@mineralproject.com with your requirements, and we'll get back to you in 1-2 business days. 

Do you offer brand collaborations or co-branding solutions?
Yes, we are open to collaborating with your brand! The collaboration applies only to our candle range. Please get in touch with us at care@mineralproject.com with your requirements, and we'll get back to you in 1-2 business days. 


PAYMENT

What forms of payment do you take?
We accept all major credit cards and UPI/wallets.


RETURNS & DAMAGES

An item in my order was damaged in transit! What do I do?
We’re so sorry to hear this! Please send us an email at care@mineralproject.com with your order number, full name and an image of the damaged item and we’ll help you out at the earliest!

Can I exchange a product?
We do not offer exchanges on any of our products.

My order is incomplete, an item is missing from my package!
Sometimes, the products in your order may be split into multiple fulfillments. Please kindly check your inbox for any additional tracking information. If you cannot find any additional tracking information in your inbox, please reach out to us at care@mineralproject.com.
