Domestic Shipping

1. When will my order be shipped?

We usually dispatch your products within 24 to 72 hours of order confirmation.

2. What is the stipulated delivery time for an order?

You can expect your order to be delivered within 5-7 business days, depending on your location.

3. Will I have to pay an additional fee for delivery?

We provide free shipping on all orders above INR 999.

4. Can I get express shipping?

Yes, the option of express shipping is available at an additional cost which is dependent upon destination/weight of package. Please send us an email at care@mineralproject.com with details regarding your order.

5. How do I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, a shipment email is sent to you along with a tracking number. You will be able to track the status of your order on the website of our courier partner through the tracking code sent to you by email.

International Shipping

1. Do you ship Internationally?
Yes! We ship Internationally from India via FedEx.

2. How long does International shipping take?
It takes 1-2 business days for us to process your order before shipping. Depending on the destination country, your package will usually arrive within 5-15 business days (customs clearance may cause delay in final delivery). We offer both standard and expedite shipping for International orders.

3. What duties and fees are involved when shipping Internationally?
Depending on your destination country, you may incur additional duties and taxes upon delivery. The duties and taxes depend on your country's customs laws. Mineral Project does not have any control over these charges and cannot estimate the amount. Any additional charges are to be borne by you.

4. How do I track an International order?
You will receive tracking information enclosed within your shipping confirmation email.
